Based on a virtual interview (19/6/2022) with the Kita Institute Director, Eka Munfarida, she explained that Youth Taskforce for Anti-TPPO still needs to increase capacity to against Human Trafficking. Kita Institute had invited other institution such as KontraS (Commission for Missing Person and Violence Victims) to participate in an event for raising awareness of the important of the Youth Movement after the first meeting in December 2021. The event provided guidance to YTF Anti-TPPO to campaign the danger of Human Trafficking. “The members of YTF Anti-TPPO are divided into several groups based on their interests for managing ZTN’s social media such as videography, posters, news and article. This grouping intended to develop their abilities and responsible to their job desk” she added.
Eka Munfarida explained that there will be an event in increasing the YTF Anti-TPPO’s capacity and the YTF Anti-TPPO will be involved to the Zero Human Trafficking Network (ZHTN)’s events. Hopefully, there will many young people invite to join in YTF Anti-TPPO by establishing Youth Taskforce branches in every province in Indonesia.
